We have a solution for your Sony TV! Please learn the mute code by following the normal steps using IN1. Then switch to IN2 and learn the mute code again. Try the test steps, and it should mute. Turns out the Sony TV’s require the mute code to be sent twice.

Make sure to change back to IN1 before watching TV.
